Basic Home Care Services

 Basic monthly services start at $100.00 per month.  Additional visits due to weather or requests are $25.00

Basic Monthly Home Care includes 4 - 6 visits to the home monthly, once a week and up to 2 additional visits per month if needed 

The weekly security check involves walking through the entire house with the emphasis on:

v  Doors and windows

v  Bathrooms and toilets for leaks and working fixtures

v  Kitchen and �major� appliances to ensure proper working condition

v  Mechanical room, checking that everything is operating properly

v  All ceilings for leaks that may be caused by ice dams or bathroom leaks from higher floors

v  Trash totes out and back after trash pickup

v  Perimeter check if access allows

v  Monthly reports include date, time of day, inside temperature settings and outside temperature

If any problems exist, we troubleshoot the cause and repair if possible. Any issues estimated to be less than $50 are repaired as soon as possible.  For issues of greater value�owners are contacted immediately for direction.

These additional services are provided for extra charges that are priced at $40 an hour or commensurate to the service.
