DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

WINTER RESERVATIONS - 11/25/04 - 04/10/05

DEPOSIT: An initial deposit of $500 per reservation is due at the time of booking by credit card or within 7 days by agency check. Final payment, including taxes and fees based on the net rate, payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival. Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival for any stays falling within the dates of the Holiday Season (12/18/04-1/4/05).

There is a $25 additional fee for each payment wired.

Mountain Resorts reserves the right to cancel any reservation if deposit or payment dates are not met. Close in reservations will require a check sent overnight.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival (61 days for the Holiday Season), a fee equal to $50 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival (60 days for Holiday Season), full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days (60 holiday) or less prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fees.

RATES: All rates will be net with 15.9% tax and fees figured on the net rate.

Confirmations will be sent for all individual bookings. Please review all confirmations for correct dates and rates.

SUMMER RESERVATIONS - 04/12/04 - 11/24/04

DEPOSIT/FINAL PAYMENT: An initial non-refundable deposit of one night's rent is due at the time of booking by credit card or within 7 days by agency check. Final payment, including taxes and fees is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Mountain Resorts reserves the right to cancel any reservation if deposit or payment dates are not met. Close in reservations will require a check sent overnight.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Changes in length of stay are subject to minimum stay requirements and cancellation penalties.

RATES: Rates are subject to 15.9% taxes and fees.

Confirmations will be sent for all individual bookings. Please review all confirmations for correct dates and rates.

There may be situations where we are able to make exceptions to our minimum stay requirements. If you do not find exactly what you are looking for or your desired stay is less than our minimums please call one of our property specialists.


TRAVEL INSURANCE

Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Optional travel insurance can be included with your reservation. Travel insurance is non-refundable once it has been purchased. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, as we are unable to vary from our cancellation policies. Premium equals 7% of lodging and tax and is due at the time of booking in addition to initial deposit.

The maximum trip length which Travel Insurance covers is 31 days.

Travel Insurance is not available for those who live outside of the United States and Canada.

 


CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Thank you for your consideration of other guests by honoring the check-in/check-out times. Late departures are subject to an additional night's charge unless a later checkout has been authorized by the Front Desk Manager.

Check-In Location: Check-in is at Mountain Resorts in the Resort Group building, 2150 Resort Drive. Exit US Hwy. 40 onto Mt. Werner Road. Proceed east toward the mountain for 1/4 mile. Turn left on Resort Drive, then take your first left into the parking lot. The check-in facility is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, during the winter season. During the summer it is open from 8am to 5pm, 7 days a week. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.


MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES

No Pets Please - Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets at any of our properties.

No Oversized Vehicles - No camper, boat or trailer parking is available on site.

Additional People - Condominium units are priced "per unit." There is no additional per person charge. Units cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.

Rollaway Beds and Cribs - Rollaway beds are available on a limited basis for $10.00 per night. They provide bedding flexibility and may not be used to exceed maximum occupancy. Cribs are available on a limited basis for $5.00 per night.

Special Requests - All special requests are subject to availability. Each condominium is individually owned, therefore, views, decor, furnishings and bedding may vary. We will make every effort to honor your special requests but cannot guarantee them.

Housekeeping: A daily "towel and trash" service is provided. Fresh towels are delivered, used towels and trash are removed. For guests staying 6 nights or longer a "mid-stay clean" is provided. Beds are made with fresh linen, bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned, condominiums are vacuumed and dusted. Additional services at some properties. Policies vary for monthly visitors.
