This Steamboat vacation rental town home would be great for a family reunion. Columbine Townhouse is a 4 bedroom, 4 and one-half bathroom home with a family room and a loft.   It can sleep 12 people.  There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in each of two bedrooms, 4 twin beds in the fourth bedroom, 2 twins in the loft and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room. The living room is very comfortable, with leather couches, a TV/VCR and a CD player.  There is a large private hot tub on the back deck. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, a gas barbeque grill, and a 2-car garage.  It is an attractive and roomy townhouse with several decks/balconies. It is not on a bus or shuttle route, so a car recommended.

Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due within 3 days of the time of booking.  

Final payment: Final payment including taxes, payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $50.00 per person will be withheld.  If the cancellation is received 30 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees. 

Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances.  Optional travel insurance can be purchased from travel agencies.   We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
