This wonderful newer home is spacious (2,033 square feet) and furnished throughout with beautiful log furniture. Both the living room and the master bedroom boast a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan. Other amenities include a large private hot tub on a deck and a covered patio with a GREAT, unblocked view of the ski mountain, a good-size garage, a fully equipped and attractive kitchen, several TV's, a DVD player and a stereo, 2 balconies, and a washer and dryer.

Policies
Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due within 3 days of the time of booking.
Final payment: Final payment including taxes, payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $50.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees.
Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances. Optional travel insurance can be purchased from travel agencies. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
