Superb location for visiting Steamboat.....close to everything but located in a quiet golf course course neighborhood...... this location can't be beat. During the winter months the golf course is the Steamboat Touring Center. This duplex is back to back rather than side to side, so the home has 2 driveways. *This comfortable home is approx. 1100 sf. To accommodate 2 guests....this home is available for rent as a 1 bedroom 1 bath.... or for two couples or a small family... 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are available. Prices for size and seasons are listed below. This home is not shared, unused bedrooms are locked off. The bedding includes a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. The home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer and a shared outdoor hot tub.....what else would you need???. Oh, the living area is super comfortable with a Room and Board sectional, 32" LCD TV, DVD player and wireless internet access is provided. The home is sunny and bright with southern exposure. There is outside parking for 2 vehicles. Truly a nice spot.

Policies
Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due within 3 days of the time of booking.
Final payment: Final payment including taxes, payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $50.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees.
Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances. Optional travel insurance can be purchased from travel agencies. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
