Located in the Sheraton golf course neighborhood (this is the cross country touring center in the winter), this duplex home is ideal for the family get away. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath has a generous 1300sq. ft. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer and a shared outdoor hot tub. The bedding includes three queen beds There is outside parking for 2 vehicles. The living area is comfortable and includes a color TV with DVD player and internet access.
This property is located about 1/2 mile from the
free city shuttle,
City Market, Village Inn, Colorado Bagel, Espresso, Wal-Mart,
Yampa Valley Medical Center, Block Buster Video, Radio Shack
and Panda Garden. This residence is ideally
located just 1/2 mile from the Meadows parking lot
where the free "Steamboat Ski Resort" shuttle
picks you up and delivers you the to gondola. Walking time to the areas
described above is about 15 minutes.

Winter policies
Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due at the time of booking. Final payment, including taxes, requested to be payable by check, is due 45 days prior to arrival. Optional travel insurance premiums are due no later than final payment. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if deposit or payment dates are not met.
Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 46 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $25.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 45 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 45 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees. Paid travel insurance proems are non-refundable.
Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances. optional travel insurance can be included with your reservation. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
Summer policies
Deposit policy:
Nightly/weekly guests: One nights lodging is due at the time of booking reservation, by major credit card. Final payment, including taxes is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Monthly guests: One month's rental is due at the time of booking reservation by major credit card. Each additional months rent will be due on the anniversary of arrival date.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if deposit or payment dates are not met. Monthly guests will pay a security deposit in cash or by check equal to one months rent upon arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Nightly/weekly guests: The initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to arrival, the full payment will be withheld.
Monthly guests: If a written cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $10.00 per person will be withheld. Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival will result in full deposit withheld.
