Located on historic Pearl St., this quaint Victorian row house duplex is ideal for visiting downtown Denver. Just a short walk (4.5 blocks) to the Capital building and 16th Street Mall (6 blocks) puts you in the middle of downtown. Less than 3 miles from any of Denver's sporting venue's Bus service picks up 2 blocks from the home with connections to everywhere. There are tons of fabulous restaurants all within walking distance.

This home is available for rent as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath for a couple looking for a spacious gateway or if more sleeping space is needed - you can rent 2,3 or 4 bedrooms for the whole family. This is not a shared rental, the whole house is yours..... the only changes are the number of bedrooms requested, unused bedrooms are locked off.  This home has a 6 person occupancy maximum.

This home has an open floor plan (approximately 2000 sf) that flows with warmth. The recent remodel kept the original architecture, but added some modern conveniences.  There are 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen and a Double bed) on the second floor and 1 bedroom (Queen bed) and a bathroom in the basement room. Please remember this home is 100 years old, as the stairs to the basement are a bit steep. There is also an exit door in the basement that leads to the back yard. All linens, towels, tp and paper towels are provided. The gourmet kitchen is open and spacious with plenty of room to relax and entertain with the family or just prepare your favorite meal.

Hardwood floors throughout the home with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. There are 3 ( non working) fireplaces that add to the romance of the 1900’s. This home is clean, quiet and perfect for enjoying all of Denver's amenities.

If you would like to bring the family pet on your visit to Denver, please call for pet approval (no puppies) and deposit requirements. This is a non smoking home....

 VRBO Bear stayed here - 01/16/2008 - on site review: Don’t miss staying at this beautiful, early twentieth century Victorian house located in the heart of the city of Denver. With its beautiful moldings around the doors, windows and ceiling and original hardwood floors, this Denver vacation rental was definitely one of the most unique houses this little bear has visited. Papa Bear said it was one of his favorite properties that he’s ever stayed at.

We loved the warm and inviting paint colors, exposed brick, beautiful light fixtures and antique decor. We felt at home right away. The beautiful, fully stocked, updated kitchen made it easy to cook all our meals. We also loved the unique fireplaces all over the house and all the conveniences of home.

This vacation home is within walking distance to the 16th Street Mall, and with so much to do downtown, you will never have to go very far to have a great time. Enjoy great restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano’s and Wolfgang Puck, just to name a few.

So come and experience all Denver has to offer. I know you won’t be disappointed!

Policies

Deposit Policy
One nights lodging or $500.00. Deposit is due within 3 days of booking date.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date by check only.  If any of the deposits or payments are not received by the due dates, this reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions stated.
Cancellation Policy
Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrival or early departures.  All cancellations must be in writing and have been issued a cancellation number.
 
In the event a cancellation becomes necessary 30 days or more prior to arrival (60 days Holiday Season) a fee or two nights lodging will be charged.  IF YOUR RESERVATION IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 30 DAYS (60 Holiday Season) ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE FORFEITED.
