The Pines is conveniently located between the old town of Steamboat Springs and the resort base. (The city bus system offers a free service that stops in front of this condo every 20 minutes) Just a mile in either direction is the gondola at the ski area base or downtown Steamboat, which is on the bus route. A shopping center that offers retail, grocery and liquor stores, ski shops, and restaurants is also within walking distance!
This condo is 1200 square feet, 3 bedroom and 3 baths. It has a gas log fireplace, cable TV in the living area, color TV in the master bedroom, 2 outdoor common area hot tubs and a washer and dryer. The bedding includes, king bed in the master, full bed in the upstairs bedroom and a set of twins in the lower bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area.
This property is located right next door
to
City Market, Colorado Bagel, Espresso, Wal-Mart,
Yampa Valley Medical Center, Block Buster Video, Radio Shack
and Panda Garden. This residence is ideally
located just 1/2 mile from the Meadows parking lot
where the free "Steamboat Ski Resort"
shuttle
picks you up and delivers you the to gondola, should you decide to drive.

Policies
Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due within 3 days of the time of booking.
Final payment: Final payment including taxes, payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $50.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees.
Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances. Optional travel insurance can be purchased from travel agencies. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
