Saddle Creek Townhomes are located approximately one
mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. The free ski/city bus
stop is about 150 feet from the townhouse. This warm and clean unit
offers three bedrooms, three full baths, heated two-car garage, two decks and a
front patio.
The spacious floor plan (approximately 1800 square feet) consists of two levels.
The top level features vaulted ceilings, an open great room with kitchen, dining
and living area creating a cozy setting for relaxation, dining, and watching TV
around the gas fireplace.
The kitchen has hardwood floors, and is fully equipped for casual snacks or
family meals. Enjoy the sunrise from the front porch or the sunset from the back
deck. Adjacent to the great room is a roomy master bedroom with a
king-size bed, walk-in closet, and master bath. The large deck off the
master bedroom features a private hot tub.
The downstairs has two bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed and the other with a
two twin beds. Both downstairs bedrooms have full bath rooms. There is also a
full-size washer and dryer on the downstairs level.

Policies
Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due within 3 days of the time of booking.
Final payment: Final payment including taxes, payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $50.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees.
Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances. Optional travel insurance can be purchased from travel agencies. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
