Shadow Run Condominiums are located just 500 yards from the Gondola. This is an affordable choice for travelers and visitors of all ages. Many of my guests repeatedly return to this third floor condo. It offers a quiet location in this medium sized complex. You will receive quality accommodations at a reasonable rate, without sacrificing comfort or amenities. Prices vary a bit depending on dates/seasons and # of folks in your party.

This one bedroom condominium is fresh and clean. A short walk (25 yards) to the free Steamboat Springs City Bus. The bus picks up at the property every 20 minutes in the winter and every 30 minutes in the summer (schedule subject to change). If you�re so inclined you can walk the short distance to the ski village, Gondola Square and Ski Time Square.

5 night min 30 days from arrival date,

4 night min 21 days from arrival date,

3 night min 14 days from arrival date,

2 night and weekend stays.......... 8 days from arrival date................

Minimum nights are flexible especially if they butt up to another reservation

Amenities include: Comcast cable TV with HBO both in the living space and bedroom
Washer and dryer in the condo
Secure WIFI for Internet connection
Heated swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs and a sauna

Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 is due by credit card within 2 days of the time of booking date. 

Final payment: Final payment  payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $50.00 per person will be withheld.  If the cancellation is received 30 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees. 

Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances.  Optional travel insurance can be purchased from travel agencies.   We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
