2 bath condo is located at the heart of Ski Time Square just 75 yards to the new
6 pack Christie lift. Enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and
entertainment choices that are all within walking distance, a welcome to tired
legs and sore feet.
The condo faces a babbling brook with a beautiful forested view. It features its
own private entrance and is located on the first floor at the East end of the
building for privacy and convenient check-in/out. This condo is also an end unit
located and there is not a condo directly above you!!!
This tastefully decorated condo features 3 levels with an open loft, great
kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
A full size sofa sleeper is provided in the living area for added sleeping space
and is comfortably placed adjacent to the gas fireplace and TV/DVD.
What's a mountain vacation without the hot tub and sauna? Yes! there are 2 hot
tubs, 1 indoor and the other outdoor. The sauna is a "real" one, allowing for
steam to soothe the mind and body. The complex has private ski lockers and
a full laundry center located just steps away form your condo.
Please note that there is a lot of new construction and happening's in the ski village this summer and most of next year. These improvements are going to enhance your to visit to Steamboat in the future.

Policies
Deposit policy: An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due within 3 days of the time of booking.
Final payment: Final payment including taxes, payable by check only, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: If a written cancellation is received 31 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $50.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 30 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation changes made 30 days or less will be subject to cancellation fees.
Travel Insurance: Even the best planned vacation can be interrupted due to illness or other personal circumstances. Optional travel insurance can be purchased from travel agencies. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance; as we are unable to vary from our normal cancellation policies.
