| Age Requirements |
| The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and
families. Individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their
parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in these privately owned
units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in
this unit, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their
parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for
immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.

| Cancellation Policy |
| CANCELLATION POLICIES: If written notice of cancellation is received
45 days or more prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less 10%
of the entire reservation. If written notice of cancellation is received
less than 45 days prior to arrival, all payments received will be
forfeited. · Refunds will not be made for late arrival or early
departure.

| Check-In Time |
| Check-In time is guaranteed at 4:00pm for all properties. Early
check-in times can be requested but will not be guaranteed.

| Check-Out Time |
| Check-Out time is at 10:00 am for all properties.

| Deposit Guarantee |
| DEPOSIT POLICIES: 50% of the total reservation plus the trip
insurance premium is due at the time of booking BALANCE OF PAYMENT: ·
The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival · Summer monthly rental
policies are available upon request. · Group deposit and cancellation
policies are available upon request

| Monthly Reservation Cancellations |
| A deposit of $500 per reservation is due within 7 days from the date
your reservation is booked. If written notice of cancellation is
received 90 or more prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less
a $200 cancellation fee. If written notice of cancellation is received
less than 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

| Occupancy |
| The unit reserved under this confirmation is limited to adults and
families. Sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or
younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not
allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and
children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team
participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their
parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for
immediate termination of this occupancy without refund.

| Pet Policy |
| Pets are not allowed inside units or on the property. If pets are
inside units, or on the property, it shall be cause for immediate
termination of the occupancy without refund.
|
| Repairs |
| DAMAGE OR LOSS: The guest is responsible for any damage or loss to
the unit or unit's personal property, caused by the guest or the guest's
invitees. Guest agrees to pay for any such damage or loss, and
authorizes Steamboat Premier Properties/Resort Quest to charge said loss
or damage to guest's credit card. |
